Doctorate from Oxford Brookes University, in recognition

career in international development, as an anthropologist

Zum
ersten Mal seit 1998 hat die EU-Kommission jetzt eine
Gentechnikpflanze für den Anbau in Europa zugelassen.
Der
Gentechnik-Kartoffel "Amflora" von BASF sollen
bald weitere Zulassungen für Gentechnik-Mais folgen.

Die
Bundesregierung steht hinter dieser neuen Linie der EU-Kommission.
Für den Anbau 2010 ist es zwar zu spät. Aber wenn
wir uns jetzt nicht wehren, werden BASF, Monsanto und Syngenta
auch gegen den Willen der Bevölkerung im nächsten
Frühjahr Europa mit ihren Gentechnikprodukten überschwemmen.
